Aside from performing, she hopes to pursue educational theatre, whether that be in a TYA production or working with youth theatre programs. Grace Kelly loves to work on youth theatre productions and has stage-managed, assistant-directed, costumed, and choreographed over 25 productions in New York.
Among Grace Kelly's many goals is to open her own youth theatre company and create a safe space for young performers. As a Latina artist, she wants to show young BIPOC performers that they deserve a space on stage. From the young age of 6, Grace Kelly was inspired by Mandy Gonzalez & the cast of In the Heights, proving to her that Latin stories and all forms of representation on stage matter. Her goal in life is to be a mentor to young performers like the mentors she was lucky enough to have growing up. She knows the importance of having these mentors, as she knows firsthand how they can change someone's life.
She also has experience with choreography & teaching dance, costuming, video editing, hair & makeup, child & dog wrangling, and being Dance Captain and replacements for multiple shows. She also choreographs and assists in picking material for college auditions and prescreens.
GK currently works at the Westchester Sandbox Theatre and Mooney/Cooley Dance.
